That means that your mind is overpowered by the unwanted energies. Come back to your peaceful state. Visualize peaceful situations around you. You become what you are. If you don't take bath, you become dirty. If you don't take proper rest, you become stressed. And when you don't nurture yourself with positivity, you become fearful negative.
