Across one carefully guided day, you will move through a progressive journey designed to:

• Understand karma as lived pattern, not fate
• Release stored karmic imprints through conscious body-based practice
• Set a clear and aligned sankalpa (intention)
• Access deeper subconscious layers through a guided inner journey
• Work with a specific 2026 mantra (japa) to cultivate protection, fearlessness, and resilience
• Restore elemental balance within the body and nervous system
• Integrate the experience through a closing collective Reiki healing session

Each step builds on the previous one—grounding first, depth second, integration last.

You remain aware and in control throughout.
