Meditation - Online mental and Spiritual wellness

From my own rigorous practice of meditation since the past 10 years, I have come to an understanding that a regular and a frequent practice of meditation results in great benefits in our everyday personal & professional lives.

A regular & more frequent practice of meditation in the comfort of your home or, wherever you are, will help you get more relevant results in the domains of health, career, relationships & money. Connection to your higher intuitive self will help you make better decisions and attract right people & opportunities in your life.

Twice a week, I'll be sharing with you my personal meditative & intuitive practice for 30 minutes each session. You can connect to the live sessions with me on Zoom and practice with me. Or you may do it later, as per your convenience. The video replay will be available for 24 hours leaving you enough time to continue the practice at your pace.

The usual schedule is:

The sessions are primarily conducted in French. However, clarifications in english can be given if needed.

How to join?

The sessions are available for monthly subscribers.

  • On Mondays and Thursdays, an email will be sent with the details of Zoom connection.
  • Then, at the end of the session, another email will be sent giving access to the recording.

Conditions

  • The subscriptions are managed by Stripe.
  • A subscription is based on a monthly payment automatically managed by Stripe.
  • A subscription doesn't have duration.
  • A subscription can be stopped at any time, but no refund are available.
  • If a payment fails, the access to the sessions is suspended as long as the payment is done.
  • The sessions will be held at least 45 weeks over a year.
