Yoga
At OM Veda Home, I teach you an ancient form of yoga which includes a sequence of specific asanas (postures). It works on the hormonal system, improves the functioning of internal organs and helps in muscle toning. It is inspired from the principles of auyrveda according to which most physical or mental problems are related to an individual's internal imbalance. It will help you to channel your prana (vital energy force) and to relieve you of numerous psychosomatic troubles (insomnia, digestive problems, hypertension, fatigue, chronic stress etc). You will be more aware of yourself and more positive towards life. We do Hatha yoga, Tantra yoga, Gentle Yoga (for people with limited movements and for senior citizens) et Prenatal et Postnatal yoga.
Meditation
Due to external distractions, mind is restless and moves away from its meditative state. Our meditation classes use techniques to help people concentrate and live in the present moment. It will help you to relax your mind and manage stressful situations. You will feel enhanced energy in your body and can enjoy each moment of your life. It will improve the intuitive ability so that you effortlessly realise what needs to be done, when and how to produce positive results.
