Nature of the Services
The sessions offered are intended for well-being and personal development. They do not replace medical advice or treatment in any way. -
Session Modalities
Sessions may take place:
– remotely, via phone call, WhatsApp (audio or video), or any other agreed-upon platform;
– in person, at the practitioner's office, at the address provided upon booking. -
Confidentiality
All exchanges are strictly confidential, whether the sessions are held remotely or in person. No recordings are made unless expressly agreed upon by both parties. -
Booking and Cancellation
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, at least 24 hours' notice is required. If this deadline is not met, the session will be charged, except in cases of force majeure. -
Payment
The platform agenda.ch is the main channel for booking and payment for sessions, whether remote or in person. Payment is made online at the time of booking. Exceptionally, other payment methods (bank transfer, cash, Twint, etc.) may be agreed upon in advance between the practitioner and the client. -
Responsibility
The practitioner commits to providing professional support in line with their competencies. The client remains fully responsible for their choices, decisions, and actions following the sessions. -
Technical Issues (Remote Sessions)
In case of technical issues beyond the control of either party (internet outage, phone failure, drained battery, etc.), the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost at a mutually agreed time. No refunds will be issued, except in exceptional cases at the discretion of the practitioner. -
Attendance and Punctuality (All Sessions)
Clients are expected to be punctual, whether the session is held remotely or in person. In case of tardiness, lost time may be deducted from the session duration. Unannounced absences will result in the session being charged. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. -
Additional Time
Any extension of the session beyond the initially scheduled time is only possible if the practitioner’s schedule allows. Each 15-minute block that is started will be billed proportionally to the hourly rate in effect. -
Prepaid Packages
The practitioner may offer prepaid packages for multiple sessions. – Packages are nominative and non-transferable. – Paid packages are non-refundable. – Missed sessions are not refundable. – Any session canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from the package. -
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne. -
Acceptance
Booking an appointment, whether remote or in person, constitutes full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
