You do not need to go far to find a little breathing room

When everything keeps spinning in your head, you do not need a big solution to start coming down. Sometimes, three slightly slower breaths and one very simple movement are already enough to create a little more space inside.

Try this: sit down, place both feet on the floor, then breathe in gently through the nose. As you exhale, let your shoulders drop and slowly turn your head from right to left without forcing. Repeat this three times, then keep your eyes closed for a few seconds and notice what begins to soften.
